Guests can enjoy a private cozy stay in a space featuring 1 full bed, extra blankets, fresh new clean linen, heating, AC, ceiling fan/ portable vertical fan, new 65” smart tv/Roku, stove/oven, microwave, ice maker, Keurig, toaster, cookware, basic cooking seasoning, paper towels, hand towels, utensils, drinking glasses, ceramic & plastic plates/ cups/ utensils, private new washer & drier, iron/ ironing board, hair dryer, shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion, 2 fire alarms (electrical home), fire extinguisher (left side of lower cabinets under the kitchen sink) decorative LED lighting/art, private front porch/ bench, and Reserved parking. Secured via Kwikset key pad / key deadbolt lock with a personal security code.

Place TIED trash bags in the garbage bin located on the street side of the 1st Tiny House- black “Sadie’s House” Place all used linen in the bathtub Leave the comforter spread out flat on the bed.
No trash on the lawn, porch, or parking lot Make sure windows & door are securely locked by pulling on front door Tx this number upon departure (205) 310-9208. Thanks in advance & safe traveling
