Hello Hamidou, Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We’re sorry to hear of your less than satisfactory experience and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. As young entrepreneurs, known for our great customer service (check out our reviews on other sites) and the quality of our apartment, it came as a surprise, and we would like to make things right. - The TV never stopped working. We should’ve done a better job showing you how it works as it took a bit of time for you to figure it out. - Running water should never be a problem unless there’s a major issue beyond our control. We installed a water reservoir with auto replenishment holding over 528 gallons to ensure water is running all the time. - Unfortunately, this is a private apartment which does not have a concierge or 24/hour service. After-hours requests can only be fulfilled at the earliest convenience during business hours. - We provided you with fresh batches of sheets from the dry cleaner. During our routine checks to ensure all was good you never reported anything with sheets. - We asked you twice about the electricity, including Jan 8th so we could top it up for you if it gets low you said it was fine. For some reason you waited 2 days to report the issue late during after-hours. We’re sorry you had pay three dollars and fifty cents ($3.50) which we offered to refund. We value our customers opinions and would like to thank you for bringing these issues to our attention. Regardless, we take full responsibility and we learned a lot from your feedback.
