There were ant all over and behind the cabinet the refrigerator sat in. The remote to the TV didn’t work after them trying about 9 remotes they told me I would have to change it manually. They also said I should waiting in my room all day Saturday for the manager to fix it. I travel for a purpose not to sit in the room the whole day. That could have been fix without me being there. Absolutely no water pressure in the shower you had to hold close to your body to rinse off. I contact the host they responded quickly but nothing was done or solved. I feel as though I should be compensated partially for the room. Check in was great really smooth love that.

The ad said it was a charming TWO bedroom unit with 2 queen beds in each room. It was actually one room with 2 queen beds. We were told the manager would take care if it the next morning. The manager told us that VRBO had messed up the ad and there was nothing he could do. When we called VRBO we were told there was nothing they could do about it. The manager had changed the ad on VRBO after we confronted him but we had screenshots of what the original ad said. Unfortunately, it didn't matter. We didn't get what we paid for and even with our proof VRBO would not help us get what we had paid for. Very disappointed in Holiday Inn Express and VRBO
