It was warm the day we got there and AC worked great. Then the rest of the stay it was a little chilly and the heater worked very efficiently kept the temperature just right! Fans Could have used a Dusting but other than that the place was clean and cozy

Charming older home in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of large trees and shade, which was appreciated in the very hot weather. The AC worked great!The house was nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The host was very quick to respond and very helpful. The kitchen was remodeled and decent. Although, it lacked decent pots and pans if you wanted to cook, a toaster would have been a nice plus. The coffee maker was old and took 30-40 minutes to brew a pot of coffee. A couple of updates and additions and the kitchen would be great. My biggest complaint was the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was a lot of mold in the bath/shower and the shower curtain wasn’t very clean. The bathmat looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. It was kind of gross. I put a towel on top so I felt comfortable using it. We didn’t enjoy using the shower as it was so icky. If in Ada again I would go back if the bathroom was cleaned.

The location was perfect, easy to find in the dark. Almost the entire home has been upgraded and very clean. We enjoyed the backyard chairs and fire pit. All the appliances worked well along with the heater and A/C (we used both in one week). It was just the 2 of us, but plenty of rooms and the backyard was fenced off for pets. The host was very responsive. We had some issues with the Oklahoma bugs, but they came in and exterminated. The shower/bathtub is very outdated and the facet was tricky to turn on the water to get the right temp. Once you found it, it did have a very hot shower with good water pressure. The king bed was overall comfortable with a memory foam like mattress. We didn’t cook, but the cooking items were available.
