Traditional Summer House

Traditional Greek summer house,located 500 meters (10 minutes walking distance) from Mylopotas beach.The house is 45square meters,in a 10.000 meters property.Ideal for families/ friends/couples the summer house combines privacy and relaxation away from all the noise,but it's minutes away from the beach,mini market, and the restaurants.
The space consists of 2 bedrooms,1 kitchen and 1 bathroom,and an outdoor shower.The first bedroom has a double bed,wardrobe,table,tv ,aircondition and a fold out single chair/bed.The second bedroom consists of 2 single beds,a wardrobe , table and an air condition. It is a simple traditional summerhouse,the rooms are small,but there is a huge Veranda with one wood table,a built table and a barbeque, where you can enjoy your coffees,drinks or meals!Kitchen has all the equipment necessary.Water,coffee and tea will be provided as well as clean towels and sheets!
As i mentioned above the house is located in a 10.000 square meters property. There are 2 entrances to the house, one for car access and a pedestrian entrance. Coming from Mylopotas Beach the road is paved with asphalt up to a certain point and then its a wide gravel/rocky road that either leads to the car entrance or a shorter distance gravel/rocky path that leads to the pedestrian entrance.Please note that during nightime there is not adequate lighting in the gravel path but it is a 3 minutes walking distance to the house.
