Welcome to sunny Palm Bay! You'll love it.

This beautiful pool home is a perfect "base" for anyone. Whatever your interests, the home will not disappoint you. Located in a residential wooded area you'll fall in love with the giant live oaks on the property. Bird watchers will see many different species.
The home is located 1hr. from the Disney/Universal/Sea World parks. Kennedy Space Center is about 45 minutes North. But you'll be able to experience any launches from the beautiful backyard! Of course, a trip to the beach is a given. It's about a 20-minute ride. Turkey Creek Reserve is 10 minutes away. This nature trail is a must. Kayaking Turkey Creek will give you a close-up encounter with an alligator if you're lucky. A cross-country bike trail is located 10 minutes from the house. It's within walking distance to food stores and banks. Palm Bay is famous for its freshwater fishing. Bring your pole. Included is 100MB internet service. Minimum 7-day rental.
Other activities making for a good day trip include Ecotourism, outlet shopping, scenic drives to St. Augustine and Daytona Beach. Airboat rides are also very popular.
During the Spring of 2021, the home has gotten a facelift. The changes include a separate living area with a full bathroom and a separate entrance. There are two single beds in this room. The master and guest bathrooms in the main building have been totally renovated. Pictures will be added shortly. You'll love my place! Randy

Turn off all lights and lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The pool is a bonus. A parent must be present if a child / children is/are in the pool. A 7 day or longer stay is required.

Palm Bay Vacay!!

My family and I enjoy Randy’s property very much! Great location. Easy access to the beach, hikes, fishing and other attractions in the area. The pool was great for all. Deep enough for dive sticks, shallow for other games. The pillows in the master bedroom are amazing! Overall this was a great experience! Randy is a wonderful host.

Unfortunately, because of no customer service at VRBO, you’ll be the last guests I have. As more premier hosts realize how unprofessional VRBO is, I’m afraid they will also leave. Never stay in a hotel again!

Was the best vacation my husband and I have ever had. Felt like we were staying in our own home. Fabulous house, clean, homey, high-end appliances, hi tech TV and technology. Very qjiet neighborhood. It's close to everything. Great walking trails. Turkey creek Sanctuary is a must. And most of all Randy (the owner) is always there if you need anything. We will definitely return!🌞

Disappointed

Dirty inside and out, like a construction zone as they just replaced walkway blocks. Smell of moisture when entering house and the sheets don’t fit the bed and we’re constantly coming off during the night. Noise from I95 interstate was unpleasant when trying to relax at the pool. No help to understand the house workings wash machine was blocked as the bi fold doors do not open wide enough. Very nice neighbors tho.

Huge secluded property

Beautiful, large property on a cul de sac. We stayed here for a month and it was perfect. Randy is a great host and was excellent at communicating with us. The house has everything you need with comfortable furniture and a modern kitchen. We will definitely be back here again!

Excellent place to stay for USSSA space coast complex games.

This place was great, bigger than the pictures show it to be. Big back yard, nice pool, very comfortable master bed, nice neighborhood and neighbors. Close to beach, restaurants, grocery stores and 95. Owner was fantastic and took care of anything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Fun at Casa Pinehurst

We just returned from a month-long stay at this home. We had a wonderful time! Randy, the owner, was extremely helpful and friendly.....he even agreed to mail my left-behind cell phone back to me! There were many restaurants nearby, as well as Publix, Walgreen’s, Winn-Dixie, etc. The Turkey Creek Sanctuary was a beautiful hike. We enjoyed our stay! Many thanks to Randy!

Nice Home

Location was excellent for me and my roomates. The pool is super nice but we could not use it because of the cold weather. Maybe in the Summer time will enjoy it everyday. Huge living area, nice floors, nice and quiet neighborhood. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Great location, quiet and clean!

This house is in a great location and close to everything. It's very clean and is tastefully decorated. The owner was great to deal with and very receptive to our needs. The only thing I would like to see added is a couch and love seat.
