He always responded right away. The trailer was very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Dogs were loud at all times of the night but not property owners fault. Definitely plan on using this property again. Thank you

The building itself was ok, very dated. But i could overlook that. Let's just say it photographs well. The grass /weeds were overgrown. There was a junk washer dryer outside in carport. There were residents on site that I assumed were dealing drugs. Cars coming and going at all hours of the night and shady people hanging around. I was nervous the entire stay and had to have chair propped against door as people kept walking up on patio deck. I will not be returning nor recommending this rental to friends and family.
