Cozy lower level apartment in Verona VA
Look no further for a convenient and charming place to stay on your next trip to the Shenandoah Valley. Located in Verona, VA, 10 minutes north of historic Staunton, VA, this spacious basement guest suite with private entry, is perfect for up to two people for a quick getaway or longer. Forget your worries in this cozy space with all the comforts of home. Easy access to I81 to get to Harrisonburg, Staunton, and Charlottesville for colleges, parks/hiking, or work trips.
The space: I offer a spacious 700 square foot lower level guest suite, featuring a kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom as well as a large living room. There is also a large backyard with grill and fire pit that you are welcome to use during your stay.
I reside upstairs with my young child and one dog. There are two interior locked door between us. We are often gone during the day but you may hear us occasionally.
Guest access: Private entrance under the deck with ample off street parking. Spacious backyard with grill, seating and fire pit that the guests are welcome to.
Other things to note: The basement toilet does have a macerator pump and is a sensitive system. Please only flush toilet paper and dispose of all other items in the trash.

Remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please wash any used dishes.
The laundry and back room is off limits. If there is an emergency and you need laundry done, please contact me to see if its available. I live upstairs and happy to help if any issues come up.
The septic system is a sensitive system, please only flush tp down the toilet and dispose of all other items into the trash.
