The apartment is located in a quiet, north-western part of Novalja, which gives the guest full privacy.
Equipped with 2 bedrooms with balconies overlooking the sea, a kitchen that opens to a large dining terrace, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, Sat TV in each room, free WiFi, a safe for money and other valuables, free private parking and a grill-fireplace.

The space

The apartment has a separate staircase entrance.
Double beds are 180x200cm in size and a sofa 110x200cm. Rooms are furnished with linens, hangars, wardrobes, nightstands.

The bathrooms are equipped with towels, toilet paper and cleaning utensils.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils and cookware, refrigerator with freezer and coffee maker for espresso coffee. The stove is equipped with an oven.
We offer anti-mosquito blades for room mosquitoes.
Since our bedrooms are larger in size, it is possible to smudge a smaller baby bed. You bring your own crib.

Guest access
Guests have free parking, a children's playground, a free barbecue grill.

During your stay in Nicodem apartment we will be at your disposal 24/7.

Smokers are allowed to smoke in the open air.
Also we are good hosts to the pets.
