New to VRBO but 5 star reviewed on other sites (which I am happy to share with you). This charming, spacious and quiet first-floor gem is located on one of Manhattan’s most beautiful, tree lined blocks. Peaceful rear unit faces the garden so there's no street noise and nothing but green outside the window.The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The bed and couch are extremely comfortable. Charming features like the hand crafted breakfast nook and drop living room. TV's and Sonos sound systems have been recently updated. Full bathtub and plenty of drawer and closet space. This is one of the prettiest and safest neighborhoods in Manhattan. You are steps away from the High Line, fabulous restaurants, bars and art galleries with Chelsea piers, the Hudson River park waterfront, and subways 2 blocks away. Children's park, Citi Bikes, cafes on the coorner. I pride myself on being an excellent host so if there is something special you need to make your stay more comfortable, I am happy to accommodate. I've been hosting for over a decade and would love to share over 100 excellent reviews should you like to see.
