Our first time visiting Pigeon Forge area. We had a great time , there was so much to do . Dollys Stampede , Cades Cove and the Hollywood Car museum we highly suggest for a visit. The cabin was perfect for the both of us . It was clean , well maintained , comfortable, relaxing and the owner was easy to communicate with . We definitely would recommend this cabin to anyone interested in staying in this area. Stacy & Eric Massachusetts

We had a lovely stay. Super convenient to nearby attractions parks and trails. The host was super attentive and always available - even when we could not get in the cabin after dinner one night. He called within five minutes. (It was operator error)Tiny concern over backup batteries and questions about grill were immediately resolved by a team member Jamie. She was awesome!Our only hiccup was that the gazebo, which we learned is maintained by the HOA, was not available to use due to mud and debris from another storm. I suggested a stern letter to the HOA as it could impact rentals for all the cabins on the block. Our host reached out multiple times to no avail. He did go above and beyond to try and make it right. He granted a 12 noon checkout vs 10 am wish was greatly appreciated. Look them up!

The cabin was clean. The host had great communications with me through the app. The check in and out process was the easiest I have ever encountered. The hot tub was amazing and clean. Our dog was very content with the dog bed that was supplied. The location and view was great. There was a grill on the patio, however we did not use it. The fire pit was awesome especially after getting out of the hot tub when is was cold.
We brought the dog bed down and our dog loved sitting in front of the fireplace.
