This adorable property features a Master bedroom with 1 Q, Office with Q Murphy Bed, Bunk room with 2 bunks (Q/Q & T/D). The main bathroom has 2 heads in the shower. The master bathroom has a shower/jetted tub combo. Home has wireless internet, heating, AC, & fully equipped kitchen as well as outdoor BBQ. Home has many board & card games as well as a pool table!
Fish from your own personal dock or take a kayak or paddleboard out on the water. Silver Lakes Country Club has an outstanding 27 hole golf course. Enjoy the recreation area with the fitness center, tennis courts, bocce ball court, pickleball court, kids youth room & swimming pool. Mojave desert offers great offroading trails!

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
If Used:
Kayaks, Paddleboards & life jackets should be returned to racks.
Pool Table cover should be returned & dining table tops on
BBQ gas should be turned off at wall & at knobs, cover on & please clean out grease tray.
Fireplace gas should be turned off.
All guest passes should be returned to drawer.
