This property is situated directly by the seaside. Enjoy the comforts of our apartment; it's spacious, feel free to walk barefooted on the timber an early morning swim enjoy a coffee on our balcony or in our living area, both with incredible sea views, watch the regattas, wonderful sunsets, with a bit of luck even yourself a bbq in our garden/ grill area under the shade of the grape vines, or just grab one of our bikes and go for a nice bike ride...
Direct 50m2 luxury seafront apartment with 10m2 balcony is situated on the 1st floor, has 1 fully air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, TV/sat/dvd and bed linen provided. Fully air-conditioned living area with couch that converts into double bed, apartment sleeps 4 people maximum. Dining table and chairs. Fully equipped kitchen with electric hot plates, utensils, coffee filter machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. TV/sat, wi-fi, stereo with cd/usb/bluetooth. Bathroom with washing machine, towels provided. Iron with ironing board, hairdryer. Our apartment is fully fitted with mosquito screens. Full security garage car parking for 1 car, keeps your car cool during the summer heat, shared outdoor grill, and 4 bikes that all our guests can share.

wunderschöne Lage
Mehr Meernähe geht nicht! Die Wohnung ist sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Meer ist direkt vor der Haustür. Equipment wie Fahrräder, Liegestühle usw. sind vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn man seine Unterstützung braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder und genießen vom Balkon die Aussicht aufs Meer und den wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Vielen Dank Davor, für erholsame Urlaubstage!
