Community fees are paid separately but are mandatory even if you don't use amenities.
Community registration fee will apply. Payment must be made 3 or more days prior to arrival.
-Vehicle information for each driver has to be provided before arrival in order to be registered with community or upon arrival if rental vehicle(20$/vehicle gate card fee).
-No more than 3 vehicles allowed.
-Wristbands fee 6$/day/person out off season and 8$/day(40$/week)/person in season(May 15 - Sept. 15) for renters of 6 years and older.
