Are you searching for a clean, updated oceanfront condo with amazing views in a family-friendly building? This remodeled condo is located in a very family-friendly atmosphere right on the beach with a 180 degree gorgeous view of the beach and pier on your own private patio. This very tastefully furnished, 1,900 square foot, oceanfront vacation condo has been totally remodeled with views of the beach, ocean, pier and river. The condo is located in a 75 unit building with private secure upper-level garage parking for one car and unrestricted, ground level surface parking.

This condo is totally remodeled. The master bedroom has a king size bed and attached remodeled bathroom with a huge 5' X 5' shower with rainfall shower head. The second bedroom features two queen beds and attached remodeled bathroom. The third bedroom has two queen size beds and attached remodeled bathroom. The new kitchen is fully furnished with new granite counter tops, cabinets, appliances including microwave, stove, refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker and Keurig, blender, dishware, utensils and cookware. The pantry includes a wine chiller. The living room, with a large comfortable sofa and 75" TV, is a comfortable area to relax in or just sit back and watch the waves. There are also TVs in each bedroom.

The Shores Club offers a wide variety of activities. A heated swimming pool with large deck is located ocean side. There are BBQ grills for your use located near the pool. The Shores Club has a full tennis court, basketball court, shuffleboard court, fitness center with ocean views and indoor sauna.

The main thing that distinguishes the Shores Club from other beach condominiums is the no drive beach in front of the condominium and the relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. The condo is direct oceanfront on the fourth floor, southern corner unit in an eleven story building.

The condo comes furnished with everything you could need. In addition, there are sand toys, beach towels, BBQ grills, beach chairs, board games and books to read. We also provide brochures with information on restaurants, shopping areas, local attractions, fishing, boat rentals, golf courses, etc.

For the comfort of all of our guests, pets are not allowed and this is a non-smoking unit. This condo rents Saturday to Saturday.

The apartment is very spacious, well decorated and very well stocked. It's in a great location on the no drive section of the beach. The building residents as well and other visitors were very friendly and welcoming and the communal areas including the pool are very clean and well kept. All in all a great place to stay.

We were looking for a beach location further south of the touristy area of Daytona Beach and this was perfect. No vehicles driving on the beach in this area, easy beach access, great pool, condo had plenty of room for all of our family, completely furnished with everything we needed. Everything about our stay was perfect! The condo is immaculate and beautiful! Everything was fully stocked (besides our food of course!) and the location could not have been any better! The beach was so clean and pool was great! The beds are so comfortable! All the extra details definitely makes a difference. I would recommend this condo 10/10 for sure!

Overall the condo was very nice. Everyone we talked to; staff, residents, and other visitors, were friendly and helpful. Only minor ares were water pressure was very low,i assumed to conserve water. EXCEPT FOR SHOWERS, THEY WERE ASSUME. disappointed in the exercise facility as it was small and very crowded in the room. Give it a 5star very well worth the value.

We were blown away at the beautiful and very well-stocked condo. We were pleased with the cleanliness and let's not forget to mention the phenomenal views of the ocean and beach. You have a perfect view from the master bedroom, living room, dining room, and kitchen---magnificent. The beds were all very comfortable and we slept very well. You do not need to bring anything except your clothes and toiletries (of course if you forget bath soap or shampoo - they have little samples in all the bathrooms). There were plenty of beach chairs and beach towels. Publix was a short ride to get your food supplies. We highly recommend eating at The Garlic-very unique and superb dinner. While in FL, we went and did a tour of the Daytona Speedway and Kennedy Space Center, which were fabulous and the kids had a blast. Thank you so much for an amazing place to vacation. It is the best place we have ever stayed at and plan on returning on our next trip to FL.
