The bathroom is equipped with a large vanity and mirror, a shower and hair dryer. All kitchen appliances (dishwasher, microwave, stove, refrigerator) are fairly new and there’s new rugs and no carpet. The home is set up for both long or short stays to make your stay one to remember. Relax in our outdoor furniture either on the patio or front porch and enjoy the beautiful fall foliage by the fire pit as you barbecue on the grill or people-watch or do deer/animal sightings.

Since I relocated to Tennessee twenty years ago, I’ve grown more and more in love with the picturesque sceneries of mountains and lakes, creeks and rivers of the southeast. As against New York, it provides a calming ambience especially as one drives along highways with horses to the right and left, fields of green with mature trees rustling in the wind, and the stillness of nature interrupted by the sounds of chirping birds frolicking in the treetops.
Why they chose this property
To be in the suburbs with a rural feel can be the best of all worlds. The Cozy Ranch is that and more in its pompous perch on a small hill beneath mature trees overlooking a creek. That it provides outdoor space is an awesome plus, thus affording indoor and outdoor relaxation in one small package.
What makes this property unique
Nowadays not many ranches sit on a basement, a finished basement. Cozy Ranch boasts its biggest bedroom in the basement with the laundry and exercise rooms nextdoor. A short and easy walk from the attached garage, it makes for less hassle, even when one has to climb the hardwood staircase to the main level.
