Apartment Lemaić is located in Arbanija, on the island Ciovo which is connected by the bridge to the town of Trogir. It is situated on the first floor of a family house with a separate entrance. The apartment has a large area of 72 m2, two double bedrooms and a bedroom with two beds, dining room, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The eastern terrace has a beautiful sea view on the Kaštela bay and the city of Split. On the other side of the house there is the western terrace with an outdoor shower. The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay of 6 people. It is air-conditioned, and it has Wi-Fi internet.

The house is approximately 150 m away from the sea and 400 m from the supermarket. It has its own parking lot with two parking spaces available to guests. The south side of the house is suitable for relaxation and enjoyment for those who want peace and quiet in the shade of the terrace.

At a distance of about 3 km by car or boat line, there is the city of Trogir, whose old center has been included in the World Heritage List (UNESCO ) due to its beauty and value. Trogir delights visitors with cultural and historical monuments, small streets as well as art collections with numerous masterpieces.
