Seabrook Island's amenity rules can be tricky to navigate since access depends entirely on the specific property owner's club membership. We will look into how we can make the amenity status more prominent in our listing descriptions so it is crystal clear upfront. We also hear you on the email volume. We send detailed information to try and cover all of the island's specific rules and procedures, but we will review our messaging flow to see where we can consolidate and simplify things.
