This unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 king beds, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a large covered screened patio. 8' wide sliding glass patio doors lead out to your 28' long private screened lanai (covered patio) from the living room and master bedroom. This unit is on the second floor.

We are about a block from Publix groceries, shops, and many restaurants. Siesta Key is within 2 miles. This is a convenient easy location to get out and about to the many things Sarasota has to offer.

Wi-Fi, Roku, and a designated free parking space. Additional parking may be available for a fee. Inquire if needed. The washer and dryer are located in a shared coin-operated laundry room in the building.

Maximum condo occupancy is 6 including all children. Correct occupancy must be in the reservation or communicated & paid before check-in.
No Smoking. This is a smoke-free property indoors and outdoors.
No pets.

Currently, this unit has heat, but no AC until replaced.

Stayed there for 8 days, the host, Kim is very good and attentive. And our space was clean. Three things come to mind, the noise from the traffic, we had a unit in the rear of the building and the TV was not too cooperative. Kim did make a special trip to assist with the TV which helped. But in my opinion it was not up to par. Lastly the traffic to the beach was horrendous, longest 2 mile trip I’ve ever taken. Local Gym/SRQ was fantastic and about 1/4 mile away, an easy walk. Other than these items, it was a good place to stay

Nice and clean , comfy beds.

10 minute drive to the beach, one minute from the grocery store. Located on the main road so do hear traffic noise. Kim was a great host.

It was clean, nice décor, quality furniture, and easy check-in. We loved the large private screened lanai for enjoying our breakfast in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening after we got back from trying a new restaurant. We really liked the location of this unit in the building. We didn't have any problems or complaints. We would stay here again.

Loved it !

It was very clean. It looked like all new furniture and everything else such as bedding and dishes all appeared new. The king beds were a bonus, super comfortable and it had quality linens. The dining room table nice, sat 6 and the living room was good size with plenty of seating. The screened in private lanai was great to sit on and enjoy the beautiful weather.. We really liked the location of this villa in the complex. We were very comfortable here and would recommend it.
