Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, including the private courtyard and secure garage.

Entry is simple and contactless via an electronic keypad on the courtyard gate. Your unique access code will be provided prior to your arrival.

Inside, you will find the garage door remote and a comprehensive Guest Book containing Wi-Fi details, appliance instructions, and local recommendations.

Other things to note
The home is professionally cleaned before each stay, with fresh linens and towels provided.
Check-in is simple and contactless, and late check-outs may be available upon request (subject to availability).

Please note that while Sawtell is a quiet seaside village, it’s also a popular holiday destination — weekends and holidays can be lively with visitors enjoying nearby cafés and beaches.

If you are staying with family or travelling for sporting events, we can allow more guests upon approval. Approval must be requested in advance.
