Lake House on Private Island - 9 acres

Escape to this one-of-a-kind lake house on its own private island, surrounded by tall trees for total privacy. Wake up to the gentle sounds of nature and enjoy your morning coffee on the private dock as the sun rises or take a ride in the paddle boat along the lake. When evening comes gather for drinks around the covered heated patio or gas fire table, then head to the sandy fire pit for s’mores and stargazing.

Located in Stanwood, WA. 35 min from Paine Field Airport.

THE SPACE:
Fully stocked kitchen with island seating for 6 and seating for 6 in the dining nook. Extra folding chairs also provided.

Spacious living room with big screen tv and gas fireplace. Guests are able to stream their favorite shows and movies under their own account with the ROKU tv remote. Sliding glass doors opening to heated patio and views of the lake. Sofa bed available-most suitable for kids to sleep on.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 - large windows to allow natural light with views of the lake, bunk bed has twin bed on top and queen bed on bottom. Easily movable Twin trundle bed.

Bedroom 3 - queen bed, private bathroom with shower, closet, dresser, large windows with views of the lake.

The large front and side yards surround the house. Corn hole, “ax” throwing games included along with 2 kids swings in the front yard.

There is a paddle boat next to the lake for use as well as all the life jackets! Let me know if you’d like to use the paddle boat so I can put enough life jackets out for your group.

Guest access
The house, dock and fire pits are available to you. Feel free to take a walk along the paths and explore the rest of the property. The sheds, garage/shop and anything with no trespassing signs are off limits.

Other things to note
There is plenty of parking next to the house or across the small bridge leading up to the house. RV parking available as well.

MAX # OF GUESTS
11 person max for sleeping arrangements to limit septic and hot water tank usage. Extra guests may result in removal of you and your guests.
FOR MORE THAN 8 GUESTS- showers/baths need to be spread out a bit as the hot water tank can’t accommodate that much hot water use at once.

RENTAL AGREEMENT
The rental agreement must be signed before booking.

AGE REQUIREMENT
The minimum renter age is 25 years old for our property.
To comply with our renter's insurance, the primary guest who made the booking is required to sign the rental agreement and send a photo of a valid government-issued ID before the check-in date. This will help ensure a smooth check-in and verify your reservation.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE TIMES
We hate rushing people out the door from their vacation and don’t want our guests to feel that a day is wasted with a late check in.
With this added perk, please be respectful of the check-out time. A $200 fee will be applied for late check-out.

NO SMOKING POLICY
For the comfort of all guests, Smoking/Vaping or e-Cigarettes is strictly prohibited inside the house or within 30 ft of the premises. Any evidence of smoking will incur an additional violation fee of $300 to deep clean the property.

QUIET HOURS
Noise travels quicker on the lake! Please respect the neighbors and city’s quiet hours. 10pm-8am.
