2. Parking for 1 vehicle. Parking spot is in a shared parking lot.
3. Internet access in Alpine Meadows (satellite internet provider) is known to be slow compared to urban standards. Refunds will not be issued for internet service interruptions.
4. BBQ Grill on patio is NOT for guest use.
5. In accordance with HOA regulations and the established no-pet policy, we are unable to make any exceptions regarding pets.
6. The use of ANY outdoor firepit or outdoor fireplaces is strictly prohibited at all our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping to keep our community safe from wildfires.
