The dining room has seating for 4 and is adjacent to the kitchen. There is a gas grill is conveniently positioned off the dining room and kitchen for those delightful evening barbeques.
This pet-friendly property also welcomes your furry companions, ensuring that no family member is left behind - additional pet fee applies/nt. Dogs must be on leash when outside on property and regime grounds.

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
*1st Gate pass is $65 and each additional pass is $45/ vehicle (*includes a new fee Bohicket Marina Village is charging at $20 per rental to access the gate at the condo complex beginning Jan. 1, 2025). This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

Grab a bike and ride along the path into Freshfields Village or just stay put and savor the coastal life from this picture perfect condo.

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
