Located near Old Town Scottsdale along the Hayden greenbelt & the Giant's spring training field. Community amenities include 2 heated pools & spas, fitness center, movie theater and clubhouse. Utilities & internet included with $150 cap on elec, cable not included. Rates: $3,100 Dec - April, $1,850 May - Nov.
