Well maintained and tastefully decorated

My family enjoyed the 2 nights stay at Felix house. Karl was helpful and patience as my arrival to Oberwesel was held up due to unforeseen situation. Master bedroom was perfect for me and my wife. The sofa bed which was outside the living hall was lacking in privacy for my 21 years daughter as the windows were facing the street which was also used as pedestrian walkway.

Net appartement voor een nette prijs.

Prima verblijf. Het appartement is mooi gelegen in het Mittelrheintal tussen Koblenz en Bingen. Het is wat oudbollig, maar superschoon. Parkeren op 6 minuten lopen bij het treinstation, slechts €7,50 voor een werk (let op: je kunt alleen contant betalen. Oberwesel is een leuk stadje met een prachtige kerk en een mooie stadswandeling. Aanraders zijn de wijnproeverij bij Lanius-Knab en wat drinken en/of eten in het kasteel boven de stad (Schönburg).

The property was very spacious, and had everything you needed for your stay, very near to river trips and trains. The only comment about the accommodation was I had to give the sink a good clean and the shower we felt needed to be refurbished

Nichts zu bemängeln

Schöne und geräumige Wohnung. Küche top ausgestattet und Sauber. Wir waren im Hochsommer da, und bei Außentemperaturen von fast 40°c war es in der Wohnung angenehm kühl. Sehr Zentral gelegen, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar. Sogar bis zur Burg hoch wandern ist in einer knappen halben Stunde machbar! Das Örtchen ist wirklich einen Besuch Wert ☺️

Great place in a great town

Wondetful. Large, spacious apartment. Nicely equipped. Stayed cool even during 90degree days. Oberwesel was great place to explore Rhine area from. Nice walkable town with many dining options, easy access to train and river boats. Free parking down by the river. Host was great, easy check in. Will definitely return !

Rundum zufrieden

Wir waren für 3 Nächte mit den Rädern dort. Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll und modern eingerichtet, in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht, es ist sauber und sehr geräumig - was will man mehr? Besonders begeistert hat uns das Entertainment Angebot mit Amazon Prime und Netflix sowie natürlich das Klavier im Flur. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Geräumige Wohnung im EG

Zentral in Oberwesel gelegene Ferienwohnung im EG an einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche, TV und WLAN. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung!

Perfekt für ein Paar oder noch 2 Gäste mehr. Ich habe den Aufenthalt allerdings allein genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, im EG gelegen. Sehr schöne weiche Betten und ein Rollo am Fenster zum Abdunkeln, was mir extrem wichtig ist. Leider war am ersten Morgen Straßenlärm von der Müllabfuhr unterwegs, der mich viel zu früh aus dem Schlaf riss. Also ansonsten ist es in der Wohnung ruhig, aber da braucht man dann doch Ohropax. In der Küche ist mehr als genug alles vorhanden, um sich selber Mahlzeiten zu bereiten. Das Bad ist durch die Fußbodenheizung immer wohlug warm. Das Licht ist dort etwas dunkel. Die Lampen sind in 3 Zimmern recht schön durch das LED-Licht und die Form dieser in der Küche. Fernseher ist vorhanden, es gab nur ein Problem, normales TV-Programm zu empfangen. Es gab aber Abhilfe, auch wenn es ca. 1h dauerte. Das Programm war dann immer mit laufenden kurzen Stockungen doch noch zu empfangen. Ein Klavier gab es auch und eine Sitzmöglichkeit im Hinterhof. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen und Oberwesel sowieso als einen der schönsten und besten Orte am Rhein, von dem man gut Ausflüge zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten unternehmen kann.

Nice and quiet town

We stayed in Felix's property for two nights while we traveled through the Rhine. The property is centrally located in Oberwesel. There are two chained grocery stores nearby, as well as restaurants. The Rhine cruise makes a stop at the nearby pier. There is an old town wall one can walk on. We enjoyed our stay in Oberwesel.
