Beautifully manicured 40 acre property, including a 5 acre lake with a walking path. Minutes from Barefoot, Wiggins, and Vanderbilt beaches; and extensive shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.
All utilities, cable, and Wi-Fi included. 3 month minimum rental. Off-season rate of $3900 per month, seasonal rate of $6900 per month. Annual rate available as well. This is an adult/55 and over Community. So, at least one member of the family must be 55 years old or older.
