Rinse dishes, put scraps in trash, and leave in sink. We’ll handle the washing. Places used towels in the bathtub.
No deep cleaning required -leave things in an orderly condition.
Grill – If used, please clean the grates, empty the grease tray into the trash, and turn off/disconnect propane.
Ensure Hot Tub cover is closed and locked.
Turn off all lights and set the thermostat to 73°F.
Make sure all doors and windows are locked before leaving.

We chose this neighborhood because it’s quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you need. Within just a few minutes you’ll find grocery stores, the mall, shopping, theaters, and hospitals. Interstate 24 is right nearby, making it easy to get around. Plus, we’re only about an hour from Nashville and the international airport.
