We finally were able to communicate directly with the owner as the host needs improvement. She lacks proper experience and lacks adequate English language communication. Overall, the house was incredible, nice, and furnished quite well. There are a few items the host could add to make it a perfect experience. Mike, the owner is amazing and very helpful with a few small issues. Overall, excellent place and we will 100% return again in the future to stay there.

Thank you for your feedback, Rick. We’re sorry your trip was affected by the unexpected delays at the Nicaragua border. We understand how stressful that can be, and we hope the rest of your visit improved afterward. While those circumstances were beyond our control, we always strive to provide a clean, comfortable home and prompt communication. We also believe that a great hosting experience is a shared responsibility, and we appreciate guests who treat the home with the same care and respect they would their own. We wish you and your family safe travels.
