Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave beds messy, no need to strip them. Used towels can be left in the bathrooms and dishes loaded into the dishwasher.
Make sure all lights, air conditioners, and other electronics are turned off.
Trash pick up is Monday morning. If checking out on a Sunday or staying through a Monday, please roll out dumpster to the end of the driveway to the right side of the mailbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
