4100 square foot home, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, gourmet kitchen spacious living room and den, gourmet kitchen, home gym, 2 home offices. This Manhattan Beach home is located East of Sepulveda (PCH) and there is always street parking available for your guests. The kitchen is ideal for a foodie/chef and great for entertaining as it has a center granite kitchen island. It is an easy walk to the center of Manhattan Beach - about 15 minutes!
Nearby grocery shopping: Ralph's, Trader Joe's, Bristol Farm's, Gelson's and Whole Foods and Costco are in a 1.5 mile radius of the property. We rent short term only - minimum 2-3 months.

The house has an exterior RING doorbell system.

Garbage night is every Thursday - and the trash is separate between garbage, recycle and green. A gardener comes every week to mow the lawn.
Guests are required to lock the front door when they leave the house and at night. Only guests listed on the lease can live at the house.

Lovely property, great location

We loved staying at this Property- it is beautiful and we appreciated the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. This home has lots of light and quite spacious, and became our home away from home. It is conveniently located and just one mile to the beach and downtown Manhattan Beach. There is plenty of parking available for visitors.
