With 4 bedrooms including 2 queen beds and 2 full beds, this charming retreat offers a perfect space for families or groups of friends, pets allowed. Big screen TV in living room with televisions in 3 of the bedrooms. Lots of board games, activities and books. Back yard has a propane grill. There are two driveways for up to 4 vehicles. You will have exclusive access to the entire property. Check-in is easy with a self-check-in process. Fully fenced yard. Gate backyard access puts you right on the Cabazon trail where you can explore and visit nearby parks. Enjoy your time in Rio Rancho at our lovely house. You are close by to major food chains, as well as Walgreens, Walmart, local gas stations.

Why they chose this property
I have lived in this home for over 20 years and it has been great for raising my three children, It is very safe and quite. Neighbors are friendly and kind. Great space for my Labrador and golden retriever as well. Centrally located to everything you may need.
What makes this property unique
The durability of this property makes it unique, very low maintenance. It is very spacious. The slate tile through out the house is my favorite feature with easy clean up. I also love walking out the back gate and biking or running down the Cabazon trail.
