Dog Friendly 2 bedroom bungalow with HUGE yard - sleeps 6
This sweet 2 bedroom 1 bath home is a perfect summer getaway. Fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, living room, sun room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom. Dogs welcome. Huge yard. Lawn will be mowed every week. Oceanside trash removal service included. Two queen beds in the bedrooms and two twins in the sun room. The garage will not be accessible. Harbor Park is two miles away and has a beach and playground right on the water. At the other end of Burnt Mill Road is a recreational center with tennis courts, outdoor basketball courts, and walking trails. Drakes Island Beach is about 3 miles away. Spiller's Farm Store is a 10 minute back road drive, so no need to fight traffic for groceries. Boston is 1 1/2 hours by car or 2 hours by train. The home has been rented to summer and winter tenants previously - references available.

Jeff and I have owned this home since Halloween of 1999. We lived here year round until very recently. We do store personal belongings in the garage which will be off limits with the exception of the electrical panel. We love our little home and are very happy to open it to visiting families with or without pets.
