Best spot if you need to be near UC Davis Medical Center. There are two separate bedrooms and separate bathrooms attached to the bedrooms. Everyone has their own space. It is extremely quiet and safe with campus police about 75 yards away. I’ve been working part time there for a year and this is the best spot. The guy running the place is also very responsive and helpful. The washer dryer works well and they provide soap. There are extra towels and extra linens. There is a decent size pull out couch bed. You could sleep six. There were four of us and we had plenty of room. The water pressure is great. It’s the best spot near the hospital. Now if you’re going to Shriners, you’ll have to walk around the UC Davis med center, so add maybe 8 minutes walk. There are two off street parking spots. Plenty of restaurants and a small grocery store are biking distance. There’s nothing better for a 2 bedroom in the area and the host is wonderful.

I dont really want to give this place high marks, as more will rent this place. lol. I have always had a great experience here. The place is always spotless. The contact between myself and the landlord has been fast clear. The only minor possible comment, the parking is a little challenging, sometimes. due to other neighbors cars.
