This was the perfect place for me and my sister to stay! The house is so cute and the location was awesome. It was a short drive to everything we wanted to do in Louisville and within walking distance of a bunch of great restaurants and shops. Wonderful stay!

Location was great and far enough away from the train that it wasn’t loud (like some other spots on Frankfort). Walking distance from food, coffee and shopping! Was a perfect first floor stay for me and my 81 year old mother in law. Would def stay here again!

Very clean rooms, kindly supplied towels and extra toiletries in case you forgot yours at home. Right next to the incredible Quills coffee shop which was a lovely surprise! So many fun shops and eats within walking distance. Checkout was super easy and overall the stay was very comfortable and cozy for a very affordable price.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is excellent. 15 minute drive from anywhere we wanted to go. Coffee shop across the street, tons of restaurants that are walking distance. Lots of cute little shops you can walk to. Was very clean. The owners get back to you immediately in the chat. Everything was very comfortable. They had a Nintendo game system that the kids had a great time playing with while we were there. Provided lots of coffee and creamers.

Quiet, elegant, this well-appointed rental is close by to all the riches of Frankfurt Avenue like the excellent Quills Cafe and Grape Leaf Mediterranean Grille. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Just what we needed!

Lovely historic apartment just off Frankfurt Ave. There are many choices for dining, all within walking distance. Also very convenient drive to almost anywhere.

Perfect little place
