Welcome to our newly remodeled and stylish single family 3-bedroom home with 4 beds and 2 bathrooms. Perfect for families up to 6 people.

Located in a peaceful neighborhood, you'll be just minutes from popular destinations like Fiesta Texas, La Cantera, UTSA, the Medical Center, and more.

Enjoy a spacious retreat offering modern comforts, convenience, and all the amenities you need for a relaxing stay.

The space
This is a spacious, new and very pleasing 3 bedroom home with 2 baths. The living room has a sofa bed for 1 additional guest.

Front door access via Smart lock.
Other things to note
We’ve been hosting now for a year and proud that our guests have had great experiences in our property. The house comes with coffee, tea pot, shampoo and conditioner as well as hand soaps for guests.

**NOTE** When submitting a request to book, please provide information on the Number of guests who will be occupying the property and their Ages.

Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please put all used towels in the laundry room Please remove pillow cases to know which beds were used.
Please clear out fridge and put trash is in the trash can in the kitchen. There is an additional trash bin by the back door.
Turn all lights off, except front door Disconnect small appliances.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
