This property is ideally situated in Southern Paarl on Historic Paarl Main Road. Close to several amenities with the Paarl Nature reserve around the corner. The Nature reserve offers scenic walking among Cape fauna and flora and mountain biking opportunities. Picnic spots on the mountain. Very close to all local wine farms with several restaurants on these farms where the beauty of the Boland can further be savored and enjoyed.
