Overall it is expensive for what you get. Pros: 1. Quiet, suburban neighborhood2. Snacks, coffee/tea pods and bottle water appreciated since tap water tastes like pool water.3. Overall very clean rental.4. Beds are comfortable.Cons: 1. 30-40 degree slope on driveway precludes anyone with even minimal mobility issues. I would not even park my car on it due to steepness. Concrete stairs are at different pitches too. Transverse with caution.2. Portable AC unit very loud making conversation in common room difficult. Bring noise cancelling headphones. AC unit does keep entire space cool though.3. It is a nonsmoking rental so pot smoke seeping into rental from host quarters is so wrong.3. Toilet set is wrong size so every time you reach for the toilet paper the seat shifts off the toilet rim and you feel like you are going to fall.4. Bathroom fan does not work.5. We could not get large TV work. Small bedroom TV works.6. Photo on listing focuses on kitchenette decorations rather than coffee maker, microwave and small refrigerator. 7. House rules on website are different then printed house rules provided in rental.

Everything was great except the very steep hill to gain entry. If I had known about it I would have passed on this property. Host was very receptive to requests. Place was very clean.
