-No pets allowed. If you are traveling with a pet, reach out as we can help you find a pet-friendly place.
-To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home.
-Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins. Indoor smoking will result in a sizable fine.
-Reservations made during Festivals and Conferences are non-refundable, i.e., SXSW, ACL, F-1, etc.

The cute home was very clean, had comfortable furniture and bedding, and is located in a quiet neighborhood convenient to restaurants, downtown, and the UT campus. We really liked the open kitchen/living area and split bedroom arrangement. A suggestion would be to create a smooth surface path from the driveway to the front entrance, and on the steps to the side courtyard. The current gravel with exposed steel edging was a real challenge to navigate. We enjoyed our stay.

This was a PERFECT place for the two adult couples traveling together. There were restaurants in walking distance. Parking space for our vehicle. Easy access to downtown Austin and the University area. Easy access to major roads to travel to outlying areas. Clean, clean, clean. Great communication with the host and easy keypad access to the house. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable beds. Ample provisions. Great spot for adults and small children that do not need lots of outdoor space.

We had a great stay at Clarksville Sundown. Wonderful neighborhood, very safe and conveniently located. I lived in Clarksville in the late 80s, so I was familiar with the area. The home was very clean and comfortable. I've already booked a return trip later this year.
