You will love the close proximity to all kinds of amenities including: boat ramp (less than 2 min drive), library, disc golf course, multiple parks/playgrounds, baseball diamonds, city pool, liquor store, and more! An extra wide street with TONS of parking out front and a large gravel parking area behind the house with exterior outlets at both for charging capabilities. Must be 25 to rent! Covered front porch with rocking chairs for a wonderful relaxing spot for morning coffee or a great sunset. King sized memory foam mattress upstairs, queen sized hybrid bed in the downstairs bedroom, 2 full beds in the open room, perfect for family fun sleepovers! Large upstairs bathroom with full tub/shower. Downstairs bathroom has toilet and vanity only. Full sized washing machine and dryer available for use as well. Mid-century modern dining room set comes with an optional lead to accommodate the whole family. Large kitchen with pantry storage for all your food and goodies. Coffee maker with Keurig capabilities, toaster, air fryer, microwave, and full range and stove. Also has an outside fire pit in the backyard.

Cleanliness could have been better. It clearly states check out time is 11am yet we were told to out by 10am. Felt as if we were rushed out the door.

I am sorry that you felt that way. We will make the adjustments needed moving forward! I do just want say I looked at that check out time on vbro on my app. I sent the link to a friend and they both say 10am. My book there in the house is10am. With it being summer time there a a lot of same day check in and check out's. It gives us a very short window to be able to get everything ready for the next guests. Again, I apologize and we would hope to make it right on the next stay.

This place worked well for 6 of us on a family fishing trip. Was able to park 20' pontoon boat in back for charging batteries. Beds were comfortable. Interior was clean. Couple of good restaurants in town. Items to know: no dishwasher, no Kleenex on main floor, front porch furniture is very spotted from birds and bugs, and watch your step from back entry to kitchen as the 1" difference in height is a toe stubber. These are minor items and overall I would stay here again.
