Inside, you’ll find a large open kitchen and living area that’s ideal for relaxing, cooking, or spending time with friends and family. Whether you’re here for outdoor adventures, a peaceful getaway, or a comfortable base while exploring the Four Corners, this farmhouse offers a true Colorado experience. 20 min to Durango, 15 to airport
Three bedrooms and two full bathrooms upstairs. Kitchen, dining room, living room, and a half bath on the main level. There is a reading room between the main level and the basement and in the basement you will find a second living area with a TV and pull out couch, and a bedroom.
