The Black Timber Chalet is a boutique-style retreat that blends luxury lodge comfort with modern rustic charm. Enjoy vaulted wood ceilings, a stone fireplace, and spa-inspired bathrooms. The chalet offers 3 king suites with hotel-quality bedding, plus a queen pull-out sofa and a twin sleeper couch, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. Just minutes from year-round indoor waterparks, off-road adventures, horseback riding, and endless outdoor activities.
Soak under the stars in the Smart-Spa HydroJet hot tub (fits 6 adults), set under a pergola with glowing string lights.
Gather around the outdoor fire pit for stories and s'mores.
Enjoy the detached game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, retro arcade, a massive 75″ screen, and cinema-inspired décor for a true movie-night experience.
Dedicated workspace for those needing to stay connected.
Complimentary essentials, including individually packaged toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup towels. Just pack your bags and enjoy your stay!

As our guest, you have the option to enjoy the resort-style amenities at the Pocono Farms Country Club, a community situated on a beautiful lakefront.
(Open Memorial Day–Labor Day only)

Lake with sandy beach access for swimming and kayaking (Kayak included)
Tennis, pickleball, basketball & volleyball courts
Golf Access: (Open April 15th through November 1st) All guests have access to the golf course and driving range. Golf is pay-to-play, and guests are responsible for their own green and cart fees. Tee times reservations are required. (contact Host for reservations)
Amenities cost: $150 per booking
(Not required for golf).
Process: Wristbands are required and must be picked up at the Guest Services Office upon arrival.
Note: Last-minute bookings (within 36 hours of check-in) will incur an extra $75 rush fee for amenity passes.
Amenities passes must be picked in person at the Guest Services Office before 3 PM on the day of arrival.
