Advertised as a king size bed-it was not. The toilet is tiny, and not even close to ADA conforming. There is no "living room" (Ie: couch or comfortable seating).However, the view and the deck space were excellent, with a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. Very clean. The entry road is a single dirt track, go very slow.We had two desires for our stay- a good view and a king size bed. We got the view.

We really enjoyed this property! The view over the harbor is fabulous, and, bonus for us, the deck was wonderful for watching the 4th of July fireworks. We're older and spend more time than we did in years past reading and surfing the internet, so the large kitchen table with big view windows was perfect for that. Unit is very clean. Comfy bed. Quick communication response. If we come back to Gold Beach, we will try to reserve this place again.

Considering it’s an accommodation accepting dogs, the cottage was great, very clean without any pet odor….big plus. The view on the deck was great and we witness fantastic sunset (July stay). The bumper fish boats on the mouth of the harbor were hilarious. I am glad they can catch fish and enjoy their experience. I was however a bit disappointed with the food quality in Gold Beach restaurants. Unless you like a lot of fried fish, after two days, I was looking for some grilled fresh fish. If you are willing to drive a little bit north or south, I found some good spots to eat. Overall a great stay, nice place. I will return.

This is our go to place when we come to Gold Beach. We had a few problems such as coming in and having to fold the towels and put them away.that were in the dryer. And unpack the dishwasher. We talked to the host about the washing machine. It fills up with water. It won't wash it just fills up and soaks, so they need a new onethere's rip in the curtains. And black mold in the shower, I clean the black mold. I talk to her and she said the worster worked fine for her. The Rip she didn't want to fix and the black mold. She couldn't do because people are sensitive to cleaners. The windows are dirty and the mirror and the walkway.

We love this little place. I would recommend giving the back up spare key code with the check in instructions in case there is a problem opening the door with the door code. Would save some time and hassles for guests that are having trouble with the door code.
