Perfect 3.5/2 Ground Floor Condo

Very quiet 3 bedroom/2 bath Condo on the 1st floor of two story building. Located in a perfect spot for playing golf and tennis. Just a short walk to food market and many other stores including restaurants and cafes. Only 10-minutes' drive to the beautiful beach with many 5 star hotels and restaurants. There are 2 parking spots right in front of the condo. There are TVs in living and master bedrooms with upgraded TV channel package and WiFi. There is also, a small bedroom with a queen size bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Washer /dryer in the unit. Perfect location to spend holidays. Must visit to see!!!

Excellent stay!

The property was spacious and clean. Quiet neighborhood and everyone was friendly. Convenient to shopping and the beach. Lots of great parks for kids. The owner, Philip, was extremely responsive and very kind. We would definitely stay here again if we ever found ourselves in the area again.

This place is comfortable and conveniently located next to Target, banks and restaurants. Property manager is very accommodating. Can’t go wrong with staying here.

This vacation was different. Our daughter 15 miles away delivered our first grandchild so we used this more as a bed and breakfast stay. The owner was very nice and accommodated our every need. We had four to six staying with room to spare.

Property was very clean, totally upgraded unit, new appliances!

My stay was great! The owner Phillip was very friendly and accommodating. There was a couple small issues and he fixed them right away. The unit was large, clean, had brand new appliances, a newly renovated unit. I travel a lot for work and always stay in vrbo units. I will definitely be staying with Phillip in one of his units again next time!!

clean but dark

the apartment was clean and had everything we needed,however,it was dark. the third bedroom was an enclosed screened in porch and it had no air-conditioning.
