We had a fantastic stay at this property, from start to finish. The host was outstanding, super responsive and genuinely helpful. House was spotless, also fully stocked, with everything we needed. We loved having access to the club facilities, comfy lounges overlooking the beach, a short drive from the house, it made the vacation feel extra special and resort like. Overall 5 stars across the board. We’d book again and 100% recommended. Thank you so much for a memorable stay.

We did new years in the Keys and stayed here for our vacation. The home is very nice, the community is very nice and friendly, and this place is centrally located for all the Keys activities. If you are a boater, there is very accessible dock in the rear of the home and I think you can be in the Atlantic pretty quick. It was clean and there was an abundance of linens. We were very pleased with the home and the owner. I would recommend this home to my fellow VRBO users.

Paradise

My family has been coming to Key Colony Beach since the 1970s. It is paradise. This house accommodated a group of 10 of us ranging from adults to infants. It’s a great location, close to the Cabana Club, and an easy trip out of the channels and to the reef line with a rented boat. The railing around the rear patio was great with the little kids, to provide a barrier to the sea wall. highly recommend. We will be back!

Great Owners and Property

The stay was just what we needed and expected. Large downstairs storage for gear and a large bait/ice freezer. Ample kitchen equipment and comfortable beds. Great communication with owners and even brought us over an appetizer one night. Will definitely stay again.

Nice basic accommodations on canal

We enjoyed the deck overlooking the canal at this duplex in Key Colony. It would be especially nice for boaters and fishermen, with a dock right in front. It was close to some excellent restaurants, and we enjoyed snorkeling with local vendors minutes away. Additional amenities would be helpful (bath soap/shampoo, toilet paper), as well as lamps in living area. The furnishings are consistent with the listing. The owner was friendly, too.

Needs repair, poor check in

Had difficulty in getting the check in info prior to our arrival and once there , no information on specifics for the unit. The owner was next door with contractors that happened to be friends, working on post storm repairs to that side of the duplex. The work seemed to occur after their day long fishing trips, so repairs were at night. I have an audio video of Jack hammer going on at 11 pm. There were many visible cracks in the foundation with supports under the 2nd floor decking. Probably should not rent this unit until the repairs are completed. The furnishings were not as shown in the pictures, instead of a 3 piece leather living room set, it had a 2 piece fabric set in very poor condition. I hesitated to leave this review but doesn't seem fair compared to the price we paid.

Great location. Close to Key West, fishing, snorkeling, beaches and attractions.

It didn't appear to have been cleaned from previous occupant. Beds were not made and master had clothing in bathroom.

Wonderful month

My husband and I spent the month on the property and it was perfect for us. Very nice size and great location. Came with a pool membership which we used almost every day. We met the owners and they were super nice and met our every need. We are already looking forward to goin back.

Beautiful view and relaxing home

We enjoyed staying in this property. There was a little confusion as to the check in details, but Vivian contacted me and we got it all worked out. The home was lovely and very peaceful on the water. We’d definitely stay here again!

I would recommend, the house was great. It had the canal in the back that lead straight to the Atlantic Ocean. Also had a freezer which came in handy. We all really enjoyed our stay and we’ll be staying there in the future.

Nice place with good location.

We stayed here for our annual fish trip and it slept and housed 5 guys comfortably. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make our meals.
