The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave your red pool bands in the kitchen.
Put towels in the bathtub. No need to strip the bedding.
Do not put laundry down the laundry chute. This is for Wyndam housekeeping. We have our own private cleaners who take care of our laundry.
Please check that you have all personal items. Your front door lock code will expire shortly after the 10am checkout time. Cleaning crew will arrive by 11am to get the condo ready for the next guest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We are new to the short-term rental game but have a passion for great customer service and guest experience.
Why they chose this property
We recently moved near Charlotte North Carolina and just love being on the coast. We have visited several communities up and down the Carolina coast really enjoyed all of the amenities that Myrtle Beach has to offer with all of the amazing golf, hiking, fishing and boating, as well as the great variety of entertainment, food and shopping. And did we mention the amazing beaches! Everything is here! We landed in Arcadian Shores at the Seawatch Resort with our condo. We loved the resort being close to Myrtle and North Myrtle, but away from all of the craziness of downtown. We are close enough that we can go but separated to have the peace and quiet that Seawatch offers. When you stay here, we think you'll love it too!
What makes this property unique
We did some renovations to our condo before we put it up for rent. We added a new King bed and furniture, with a built-in fireplace and TV. We wanted a cozy, warm, relaxing, romantic space that invites you in. Great lighting. Everything is on dimmer switches to enhance your mood. We also added power stations for phones and tablets for your convenience. We upgraded the living room with a built-in fireplace and TV as well. Bringing the romance to the living room! New super comfortable sofa and a sliceable dining table and chairs that fit well in the space. We also provided a wine and cocktail station for those relaxing evenings. The Murphy bed in the living room has a new comfortable mattress. We also recovered the headboard to give it an updated, clean look. The balcony now has 2 fantastic rockers. It is so relaxing to sit and listen to the waves - YES, you can hear the waves very well on the 15th floor - while enjoying your coffee, wine or lunch out on the balcony.
We always have a great experience here and love to enjoy it when we can. We will do our best to provide you with a fantastic experience as well, and we think you will love it as much as we do.
