▸ By Public Transit: Several MTS bus routes and the 5th Avenue Trolley Station are just a short walk, giving you quick access across San Diego.
▸ By Car: Easy access to major freeways (I-5 and CA-163) makes reaching Balboa Park, the airport, and the beaches simple. Parking garages are plentiful, and ride-shares are quick to arrive.

▸ The home has exterior security cameras, and excessive noise decibel detectors. This allows us to protect you, the property, and the neighborhood from parties or other house rules violations. The cameras are not located inside the home and only monitor the exterior of the property.

▸ The washer dryer inside the unit is not an included amenity, and is only for management/staff use.
