Welcoming 6-bedroom house in Lindell Beach

I am leaving this response simply because I want to be honest about my experience with these guests. In response to my honesty, they gave me a 2-star rating. To be completely honest, their opinion of me does not concern me at all. I believe other hosts deserve to know what they may be dealing with. This is honestly the first time I have encountered guests who behaved in such a shameless and unreasonable manner. From the very first minute of their stay, I was flooded with messages and complaints. New issues kept coming up. I got the impression that they were deliberately looking for any possible reason to complain: they turned over mattresses, removed mattress protectors, took pillowcases off the pillows, and carefully inspected everything. I still do not understand what exactly they were trying to find. It seemed as though they were looking for any opportunity to find fault with something and obtain additional compensation. After their stay, the house was left extremely dirty, and furniture was damaged. They also went through practically the entire property, including the full 1.5-acre grounds. I honestly have no idea what they were looking for. In the end, they were given a partial refund of $300. Immediately afterward, their numerous complaints suddenly stopped, and everything seemed to be fine. What is especially disturbing is that this was a large group of adults, from whom you would expect basic respect for someone else’s home and property. This was an extremely unpleasant experience. These are guests I would never want to host again.
