Bring your Boat/ jet ski! Boats no larger than 26 ft. Park your own boat at our private dock - includes direct access to the Gulf for your off shore fishing, local sand bars and gorgeous islands. Enjoy salt water fishing from your own private dock. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful completely updated home. Enjoy kayaking on the canal looking for manatees, sea turtles and dolphins. If you don't have a boat, NO problem... Boat rental is just a couple minutes away. Enjoy our home!

This Community has it all... a quaint downtown with great restaurants and live music. At the entrance of the community there is a great restaurant on the water called "The Widow Fletcher's" where you can access by car or via boat. There's also a small marina where you can rent pontoon boats, tiki bar boats and fishing charters. Supermarket is just around the corner, as is Starbucks, Cracker Barrel and lots more...
