Disliked: Communication
We had a medical emergency and had to return home ASAP to specialist. Tried to contact host, but number listed only took us to the hotel. Could not seem to contact host -- perhaps because of traveling difficulties, but very frustrated at not having some way of communicating. Realize in review, we should have gotten travel insurance but didn't seem worth it for just one night. Didn't foresee a medical emergency.
