Important Policies & Guidelines
• Booking Requirements: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and have at least one positive review from a prior stay. This policy ensures the safety and respect of our home.

• Guest Limit & Information: In compliance with local laws, a maximum of 8 people are allowed inside the home. All visitors must be included in your total guest count, and a list of guests must be provided prior to your stay.

• Parties & Noise: Unauthorized parties or events are strictly prohibited. Outdoor music must be kept at a reasonable volume and turned off by 10 PM. Indoor music is welcome after 10 PM as long as doors and windows remain closed. Only small portable Bluetooth speakers (12”x12” or smaller) are permitted—no party boxes, DJ equipment, or large speakers allowed.

• Respecting Neighbors: Please be considerate of noise levels, especially during evening hours.

• Property Rules:
• No smoking or vaping indoors.
• No marijuana use anywhere on the property.
• No pets.
• No weapons.
• No confetti or glitter—cleanup is difficult and will result in an additional cleaning fee.
